Shipping

The work, rolled in fabric, bubble wrap and plastic, is shipped in a sturdy cardboard box.

Installation

There is a sleeve across the top on the back. I provide a metal bar with a hole drilled at each end. The standard method of hanging is to slide the bar through the sleeve and nail the bar to the wall. Other options include:

Connect the bar to a line and hang the work from the ceiling;
With a custom-made bar, hang the work away from the wall;
Hand-stitch the work onto linen that has been stretched onto a frame; or
Frame or enclose the work in a glass or acrylic case.

Care

As with most art, direct sunlight should be avoided. Light will cause fading and weaken the fiber. Ultraviolet rays are the most harmful. Spot lighting should not be close. To clean a work, press and lift with a clean hand held low suction vacuum brush.
